It’s Sunday, which means it’s weekly recap time! It’s a HOT one here in Memphis today! I need to get some yard work done so I don’t get a nastygram from my homeowner’s association but I think only my front yard will get done in this heat. That’s all they can see anyway. I’m looking forward to cooler temps. We’ve got highs in the 70s forecast this week. 70s! In July! In the south!

OPI making house paint? Mind blown! - For those of you who are fans of my Facebook page or follow me on Instagram or Twitter, you got the first glimpse of a new product I’m testing called GO Tape, a new kinesiology tape. I’ll be reviewing it and giving a lucky reader a roll of it in the next few weeks so be watching for that.

Now let’s talk about my July goals. Last week I told you I’d update you weekly. As I’m typing this, I realized how redundant that could get to be in a hurry so I’ll update you at the end of the month. If anyone has any specific questions about how I’m doing, I’ll answer them.
