Yesterday I shared with you about how I’m feeling a bit like time is getting away from me this year. I decided to set goals for the remaining months. Since this is the 3rd day in July, it’s time to get started on that!
July Goals
- Running: 4o miles
- Other Fitness: Princess Posse July Plank and Squat Challenge and 2 days per week of T25
- Weight Loss: 5 pounds
- Home Organization: Completely clean out fridge and organize 2 areas of my bedroom.
- Financial: Set up the Etsy shop I’ve had in my head for months.
Remember I said this was going to be bite-sized pieces? This is about as bite-sized as I know how to make it. I hope I actually get more than this accomplished but I will be very happy with this.

There is a lot said about a person who makes their goals known publicly, there is power in it – kudos. T25 is the best, I live by it!
